Zero-energy buildings at hand

Turning façades into solar power plants

thanks to Crosslux's photovoltaic glazing
The produced electricity will be used by the local network

Example of a 10-story building: 30m (98ft) height, 50m (163ft) width and 15m (65ft) depth, East-West oriented, consuming 35 kWhPE/m²/year, or an actual electrical consumption of 13.5 kWhact/m²/year

Usable surface areas on facades for the Crosslux photovoltaic glazing:
- 300 m² (4,250 sqft) on the south side,
- 1000 m² (10,624 sqft) on the east side,
- 1000 m² (10,624 sqft) on the west side.

Floor area: 7 500 m² (61950 sqft).

With a nominal 60 Wp/m² glazing @ 50% aperture
